It was quite crowded during our visit, but you should be professional and friendly. We sat over an hour & I was, despite the fact that the service has passed several times at our table, not even asked what I want to drink. And since our reserved table was not as full as we thought it was, we offered a seat to other visitors. The staff did not tolerate this & the couple sent away. That is incomprehensible to me.
